So I went out tonight after work, down to Pomodaro's on Irving, had a lovely and filling meal with a glass of Pinot Grigio, and thought I would go browse the bookstore to get my wind back from the wine.
BLACK OAK BOOKS IS CLOSED.
Yes, that's right, the Inner Sunset is down to one bookstore, The Great Overland Book Company on Judah next to 9th, and when that closes then I won't have a bookstore.
I'll have to read something at HOME. *Sigh*

I could always go to Green Apple, but that's a whole trip in itself, and not really an "after-dinner-walk-off-the-wine" kind of thing.
Anyway, I thought the world needed to know that another indie bit the dust. :(
