In Flight Movie



I am training to do two things. See the pictures, attached.

So far, my obstacles have been getting a regular routine, not accomplishing a work/life balance, and nutrition. Not to mention having a constant cycle of abuse and recovery that I allow myself to ride.

Tomorrow morning, I am trying yet another routine--working out before work, and eating a packed lunch every day.

Simple, but REALLY challenging. We'll see if it works.
