Catching

It's kind of cool to be gone that long...I come back to everyone's blogs and they had sprung up and filled the greenhouse like flowers watered and forgotten, pressing on the panes and pushing with their stems to fill the place with green lushness. I have been enjoying MH, DK, TT, and Robin this evening...it's nice to be back with these friendly blooms.

I should mention this too...it's always a joy to hear from readers in comments, and while I was out my friend Dawn in Dallas sent me a birthday e-mail with some wonderful compliments of the blog. She doesn't comment on the blog, but what she said about what my blog gives to her was the best birthday present this year.

Yep, it's narcissistic of me, but in my writing is how I want to impact the world.
