First, arrange flowers in a vase. Then, make tea in a mug.
If the vase and the mug happen to compliment each other, serenity is even easier. :)
Third, look out your window in the Inner Sunset on an overcast day and watch a young man playing guitar and singing on a deck off of the house behind yours.
